Helicopter maintenance

Since Aero-Kamov has rich and long-term experience of KA-32 maintenance (all its modifications included) at its base airport and in field conditions, our company provides:

• all forms of KA-32 maintenance at Bykovo Airport and at Solokh Aul Line Station (Sochi, the Krasnodarsky region);
• practical training with respect to KA-32 maintenance for outside agencies’ maintenance crews;
• flight data collection, processing, and analysis for KA-32 helicopters.

Valid certificates

1. Compliance Certificate No.2021060220 issued by the Civil Aviation Certification Authorities of Russia to perform the following operations at the Bykovo Base Airport (the Moscow city):
   • Within KA-32As:
     • Line maintenance (forms: ОВ, ВВ, ОС, ОПВ, А1, А2, B);
     • Periodic maintenance (forms: F100, F300, F600, F900, F1000);
     • Storage maintenance;
     • On-season and special maintenance;
     • Avionics testing;
     • Industry bulletin operations under Service regulations of March 23, 1998
   • Within KA-32Ts and KA-32Ss:
     • Line maintenance (forms: ОВ, ВВ, ОС, А1, А2, B);
     • Periodic maintenance (forms: F100, F300, F600, F1000, F1200, F1800);
     • Storage maintenance;
     • On-season and special maintenance;
     • Avionics testing;
     • Industry bulletin operations under Service regulations 521/522.0000.0000 РО-L9 of 1999 year of issue.
2. Compliance Certificate No.2021070163 issued by the Russian Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport to perform the following operations at the Solokh Aul Line Station (the Krasnodarsky region) within KA-32Ts and KA-32Ss:
   • Line maintenance (forms: ВС, ОС, ОВ, А1, А2, B);
   • Periodic maintenance (forms: F100, F300);
   • Storage maintenance;
   • On-season and special maintenance по Service regulations от 1999;
3. Certificate No.0327800-8 of the State Aircraft Flight Safety Center issued for the Objective Control Department to collect, process and analyze KA-32s’ and MI-171s’ flight data with no restrictions.

Aero-Kamov provides its services to outside agencies, KA-32 owners and operators in accordance with the certificates above.
